Overview

Profarm Group was founded in 1993 and over the course of its nearly quarter-century long existence, it has risen to the position of one of the largest distributors of pharmaceuticals in Greece. The company supplies 140 large pharmaceutical storage facilities and 1,100 pharmacies across the country. Its credo is to contribute to smoothing accessibility to medicines in Greece, and to further developing modern Greek pharma. The company's total sales volumes reached EUR 150 million in 2019, with an EBITDA of EUR 3.5 million.

EMMA Group entered as a shareholder into Profarm in 2020 and holds a 60% stake in it.
