    Investment Manager

A native of Žilina in Slovakia, he obtained his bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of Prague’s University of Economics and then earned his master’s degree at Masaryk University in Brno, where he studied finance. During his university studies, he started working as an equity analyst at the investment bank Wood & Company. He spent six years at the firm, from 2015 to 2021, after which he accepted an offer from PPF Group. There, he worked at CETIN as an M&A investment project manager in the field of optical infrastructure. He then moved into private equity at BHM Group, where he worked on the analysis and execution of investment opportunities in the real estate division. This was followed by an engagement at Kommunalkredit Austria in Vienna, focusing on M&A advisory services in the infrastructure and energy sector. Among other assignments, he advised Asterion Industrial Partners on the acquisition of Steag in 2023. He joined EMMA Group in July 2024 as an Investment Manager, primarily responsible for strategic development and finance at Box Now.
