Erik Němčík

Born in Ostrava, he studied in Denmark, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics. As part of his studies, he also studied at the University of Hong Kong (HKUST). He then earned his Master’s degree at the Institute of Economic Studies at Charles University in the Czech Republic. He started his professional career in 2018 at EY, then moved to the Czech financial group Starteepo, where he worked in the field of public markets and securities issuance. In the following years, he worked at Arthur D. Little, where he was involved in a number of successful projects, mostly in the energy industry. He joined EMMA Capital in 2022, first working as a financial analyst on e-commerce projects, before taking on the role of CFO of Mailstep in 2023.
